Your order in a few steps

Every order on the Grafiti website works in the same way.

  • Choose your item
  • Pay by credit card.
  • If your payment is successful, you will immediately see the page ORDER CONFIRMED.
  • You will receive an automatics order confirmation email with a summary of the products purchased and some other useful information.
  • The order will be processed by our stockhouses (in case of problems, you will be promptly contacted by our Customer Service.)
  • When our couriers (DHL) take over your order, you will receive an email (approximately within 3 working days) where we will confirm that your order has been sent. 



All information we have about the item is displayed directly on the product page, including all sizes and colors we currently have in stock. On the product page, you can use the zoom, you can find descriptions, and suggestions of our items you might also enjoy.


In the product detail section you can find the SIZE CHART used by the producer. In every detail sections you can consult a detailed SIZE CHART of the common foot sizes. And if you want to be even more certain, you can measure your foot: the Size chart has all the instructions, and all you need is a piece of paper and a ruler.


Every purchase on GRAFITI is safe, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all sensitive information. GRAFITI uses only secure modes of communication, visualized by the security symbol at the bottom of your browser, as well as the “https” web address.


You will receive the invoice in the package along with the items you have ordered. This document will be assigned to the delivery address. Our prices don’t include VAT.


GRAFITI accepts Maestro, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.


The shipping cost will be calculated and shown in the summary order before making the payment. 

Express Shipping for all countries (except North Macedonia) costs €20. 

Only express shipping is available. All orders are shipped using DHL Express. In case any custom charges apply, such charges will be borne by the client at all times. For countries outside NORTH MACEDONIA, administrative customs duty fees borne by the recipient may be applied, which may vary at the discretion of the customs. These fees shall not be borne by GRAFITI and will then be invoiced directly by Customs Offices of the country where the products ordered are shipped.


Within 3-7 working days from the receipt of the order and successful payment. 

GRAFITI guarantees delivery within 3 – 7 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:30. 

Business days are considered Monday to Friday. 

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday during office hours (from 9:00 to 17:00). 

Your phone number entered during the registration process will be used by the courier to contact you. If DHL doesn’t deliver your purchased product, GRAFITI will refund you the amount you have paid for the product.


GRAFITI ships worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Our e-shop uses a geolocation system that automatically sets the country of consignment to the country from which you are browsing our site. Before proceeding with your order and before you choose your items, please check the selection of your shipping destination.

Refund policy

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return. We cannot exchange the items but only REFUND them. If you need exchange please return the item and then please place a NEW order on the website. Our return policy only allows a refund of the returned items. The shipment costs for the return will be on your expense.


1. Send us an e-mail to grafitit@t.mk and request your return, providing the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date
  • Name
  • Telephone No.
  • Color/Size purchased
  • Reason(photo or video)

2. We will indicate the steps you need to follow so that we can receive the product.

You may exchange or return any model purchased within 15 days upon delivery date,

The product to be exchanged or returned must arrive at our facilities (including the return in physical store) in the same state in which it was sent, without signs of having been used and with its original full packaging (box, protectors and labels), together with the documentation included in your order (invoice / return document).

We will verify and accept your return within 1-3 working days from receipt of the package and send you an e-mail confirming the issue of the refund.

The refund only includes the price of the returned items.

 The shipping cost and customs fees are charged to the customer and the refund will be made net of these costs.

Remember that the refund is made through the payment method chosen to pay for the original order.

The time to display credit on your account may vary based on different payment methods and based on local banking procedures.


Changes are not permitted
The return must be sent from the same country in which the order was made. We will not accept any returns from a different country.

All shipping costs and customs taxes will be paid by the buyer.
